I ordered a used hardcover text book that cost over $100.00. They sent me a paperback international version that sells for $46.00 dollars brand new! My online confirmation even shows and states that it's a hardcover! I asked for the difference to be refunded and they refused. I'm in the middle of the school semester and they want me to return the book! They screwed up the order, don't want to credit the difference to my account and don't care about inconveniencing their customers. Will never again order from books-Houston!
