It is a must have. It is a must review go all contractors, HOA's and even home owners contemplating home renovation /repair.

I don't agree with all of the changes in the building codes under the new international Code Council, but being a contractor, I need this book to be certificate compliant. It is well laid-out and easy to find the needed sections Vs the original code books that we one had to use.
