Human Anatomy, Seventh Edition is widely regarded as the most readable and visually accessible human anatomy textbook on the market. The new edition builds on the book’s hallmark strengths–art that teaches, student-friendly narrative, easy-to-use media and assessment tools–and improves on them with new and updated Focus Figures and new in-text media references. This edition also features new, vivid clinical photos that reinforce real-world applications, and new cadaver photos and micrographs that appear side-by-side with art to enable students to accurately visualize key anatomical structures.

Every other new version of this book comes with the CD that shows the virtual anatomy, only reason I paid for a new book was for the CD and atlas but I wasn't given any, over priced and a huge let down. Don't buy if you're expecting the CD and atlas because you will not get either.

Awesome book! Great diagrams to increase understanding, easy to read, fairly lightweight... Just an all around good anatomy textbook! :)
